So I rode my bike in to work this morning. It was great. A little chilly at 7am, but I got warm pretty quick.
Fantastic riding through the local reserve.
It gets me about 70% of the way to work, over a few interconnected trails, surrounded by bushland.
The final stretch is along a roadside with often a lot of traffic.
Which is crud but still pretty good in the broad scheme of things.
It's just that I don't enjoy breathing and smelling all those toxic exhaust gases.
But I drive a car too so who am I to talk...
It was fairly sunny later in the day and I got to spend a bit of my shift at the Water Treatment Plant (for filtering drinking water) working outside, which was nice.
