Yeah, ok is so much better in comparison. Just need to remind myself that I’m on the journey to recovery and the worst seems to be behind me ☺️

It’s ok, shins and tights are much better now. When in doubt I just rest and I did a lot of it last weekend and during the week and was ready for another run yesterday. I won’t be pushing for 2 a week until I feel the shins are strong enough for this though.
