The current #poliac challenge is 25 days young already. Well over the half. At least it is for league 2 which is bigger and has 39 rounds.
That said, here is a photo of yesterday's lunch plate. Pumpkin risotto with chestnut creme, pumpkin seeds, and radicchio. It was delicious.
Along with ginger lemonade, it made a great lunch.
A fancy straw, eh? :)
