…….its off to work we go! I had planned ( unfortunately) to go in to the clinic today to work on EOB’s (explanation of benefits) that were tied to the old system. I can’t access the old system from home and I’m so busy during normal operating hours that I just can’t work on it. @silvertop was gracious enough to accompany me. 😎 I got through all the ‘old’ stuff which took about an hour and a half. Normally when I work, I don’t get to sit for prolonged periods and have discovered that one and a half to two hours is about the max of sitting and not moving. My body doesn’t like it! So, I told @silvertop that I was ready to flip the front. He came with me today because I needed him to help me move displays and things that would be impossible on my own. I had discussed previously with the doc about changing the front up and putting the waiting area where the dispensary was and the dispensary where the waiting area was. I needed to add a second desk as oftentimes, my patients had to wait until the dispensary table was clear. Sometimes the wait was lengthy. So if I added a second one for orders, I’m hoping to help the bottleneck not to happen as often. It took several tries in placing furniture and displays, but I like the end result. I hope the doc does as well! See what you think!
Change is good and this was needed! I’m liking it!
Afterwards, we headed to Lynden to get some special kitty food for Cyle since we’ve put Cot on a diet and Cyle doesn’t need a diet. Then, since we had both worked hard, I treated us to coffees and we split a piece of pumpkin bread. It was good!
