🥵can you say hot?! That’s what’s forecasted for this weekend. Now, I know there are plenty of folks who see these kinds of temps often every year. Buy, you see, that is NOT what we see here ever! We might see 95 or so but it never goes much above that. If this comes to pass, this will be one for our record book!🥵
Today being my Monday, found me busy at work. We were booked as usual. Tomorrow will also be busy as well as we have a half day of appointments that we don’t usually have. Job security!😁
It was strangely cooler today which is part of the reason some of us are doubting the 30+ degree increase for the weekend. It was actually pleasant outside, rather than the humidity and warmth we’ve been having. After work I came home and fixed coffees. Then we joined Jan for an evening hike.
A lot of grasses are tall right now and although it might be hard to see in the picture, they inundate nicely in the breeze like waves of grain. Very nice to look at.
Even though @actifit-lamb has a sweatband, she’s told me she doesn’t think she or the gang will hike in weather that hot! It’s not fit for anyone to hike in, she says. We might look for alternative means to get our steps in on those days!
