A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Mistral winds of Atlantic origin swept away the perturbation of African origins which however brought effects for the first part of the day.
In the afternoon I went to have coffee with a friend of mine at the bar on the Vesuvius slope and we noticed that Spring had already started.
In addition to suffering the first effects of pollen allergies, the branches of the trees were already in a very advanced state of flowering.
We left at sunset and in this moment that I celebrated my #iamalivechallenge 310 in which I got back on track having totaled more than 11k steps.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see youa meets at the next #actifit report.
