First day back to work after vacation, not too bad of the day though I was off to a slow start.
One Day Work Week
Best part about coming back from vacation as I planned it outside I would only have a one day work week.
After being up a little bit late the night prior and trying to get a few videos together in the morning I didn’t get out of the house till going to work.
Work was good, felt relaxed 😎 much needed break though my back was immediately sore from lifting. Wrong first lift on a loose body 🤦♂️ anyways clenching those stomachs muscles I wasn’t feeling to bad by end of shift. Many single chin-ups and lifting boxes above my head, I know it’s not particularly effective for anything other then strength training.
Grab quick, lift hard, giving it my all ... I am already noticing the difference in how my shirts are fitting 😅 muscles I have long needed to engage filling their right space.
After work I set out for 20K steps from the 17K at work. I almost made it but I believe stopping to do 5 chin-ups and 10 push-ups makes up the difference.

Feeling fairly accomplished with intention to continue forward trying to increase my ability to push my own body weight around, I head home for a well-deserved reward 🤟
