My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2021

Tuesday february 16 despite the goal i set for myself yesterday to reach at least 15k steps was a bit slow ... so yeah . Well as they say tomorrow is another day and this afternoon only a salad so this should make it up . I guess that besides increased daily activity a more healthy diet should do the trick , and despite it will be a bit hard no more junk food ... but it will be tough with all the pizza joints around every corner .
