Monday 15 February was the first day back to office after a week of overnight shifts and almost no outdoor activity partially due to the cold weather (it seems winter is finally here with temperatures below 0) . This weeks goal is at least 15k steps as it seems in the past 2 weeks i managed to gain back the weight i lost in the past month ... This 1 year of Covid lockdown fat will be much more difficult to get rid of than i expected.
