Very nice positive post, thanks for sharing and for your dedication in raising your vibration, which in turn helps all of humanity.

Not so sure about the soya yoghurt, my understanding is that soya should be fermented in the traditional way (takes a long time i think), but i've only skimmed the subject.

Sprouts in the smoothie, very good, i add them sometimes but mostly make a hummus type spread with them.
Re. flaxseeds, my understanding is all nuts and seed should be soaked before consumption, but again, not deeply researched.

Do you do Wim Hoff breathwork?
