Nogi radzą sobie doskonale po tych spacerach, ale ręce i plecy poczuły to pływanie. Może nawet będą zakwasy.

Jedyne nad czym ubolewam, to że mój telefon nie domyślił się, że w tym czasie powinien skakać w szafce nabijając kroki - czyż nie byłoby sprawiedliwie? 😁
Na szczęście skończył się chleb, więc musieliśmy jeszcze wyjść do piekarni. Tylko dzięki temu mam 10k kroków ;)
Podczas spaceru testowałam trochę starego nikona coolpixa - potrzebuję na niedzielę coś z zoomem, ale nie może być to lustrzanka tylko coś małego. No ale umiarkowanie jestem zadowolona - może coś nie umiem, a może jednak smartfon bez zoomu jest i tak już ciut lepszy?
Rainy weather, so according to my plan for the fall, I dropped the Baby at his grandma's and went to the swimming pool.
It was wonderful!
The legs are doing great after these walks, but the arms and back can feel the swimming. Maybe there will even be muscle sores tomorrow.

The only thing I regret is that my phone didn't guess that it should have been jumping around in thepcker during my swimming, counting in steps - wouldn't it be just? 😁
Luckily the bread ran out so we had to go to the bakery. Only thanks to this I have made 10k steps ;)
During the walk, I tested a bit the old Nikon Coolpix - I need something with a zoom for Sunday, but it cannot be a SLR camera, but something smaller. Well, I'm moderately satisfied - maybe I can't do something, or maybe a smartphone without zoom is a bit better anyway?
