Some day by day details of Mexico while Actifiting

Yesterday I went for a run, but Diva mode run, which I don't really like to be honest.

Why don't I like it? Because I think of myself as a hardcore fitness dude, but my knees no longer agree with me, at least right now. If I run like I normally used to, on a normal street pavement, I end up with both my knee ligaments hurting like hell and I can't walk properly for a couple of days so now, I can only run in gravel roads.

Given the current conditions of my knees, I decided to hit the nearest gravel road track but, in order to do that, I had to drive for a couple clicks, which gave me the chance to stumble upon these cow friends.

It's pretty normal for farmers and butchers to deliver or transport cattle like this, following no safety measures for the animals nor comfort rules, and most of the animals suffer during the whole process, but hey, it's Mexico.

Anyway, I ran just 4km at a 6:10min/km pace, which is not bad, but it's way below my average time when I was at my best 5 months ago, which is 5 clicks in 24 minutes (a little bit under 5 minutes per kilometer, which is huge).

11k steps, not bad, although I didn't make all those while running.
