For those of you who know me, you know I try to excercise daily, if not by going to the street gyms or the park bars, at least at home.
I have a small setup in my building's roof where I can do some pull-ups, chin-ups and abs.
I didn't go out yesterday, but I did walk a lot inside the house and at night, I spent around 40 minutes at the bar.
That's my back, it ain't the strongest, sharpest nor biggest back, but it's honest work.
