**ENGLISH** Greetings friends who love plant-based food, I wish you a happy Tuesday together with your loved ones, today I am sharing with you a #recipe to prepare: Garlic lentil croquettes, ideal to accompany lunch or enjoy a delicious snack. The preparation of these croquettes is simple, the most important step is to soak the lentils, after washing them and leaving them to stand for 3 hours to soften and facilitate the grinding process, after soaking them they are washed and passed through a strainer to remove all the water and take them to the mill.

**ESPAÑOL** Saludos amigos amantes de la comida a base de plantas, les deseo un feliz martes en unión de sus seres queridos, hoy comparto con ustedes una #receta para preparar: Croquetas de lenteja al ajillo, ideales para acompañar el almuerzo o disfrutar un delicioso snack. La preparación de estas croquetas es sencilla, el paso más importante es remojar las lentejas, previo lavado y dejar en renojo por 3 horas para ablandar y facilitar el proceso de molido, luego de remojarlas se lavan y se pasan por un colador para retirar toda el agua y llevarlas al molino.

**INGREDIENTS** Lentil (300 gr) chili (7) onion (1) garlic (7) Pope (1) Carrot (1) Chives (1 branch) Celery (1 branch) Mixed garlic powder (1 tablespoon) Oil (enough to fry)

**PREPARATIÓN** I started by washing the lentils, then I left them to soak for three (3) hours, in four liters of water, strained and ground.

I washed the vegetables with water and vinegar, I removed the shells and cut them into cubes. I grated the potatoes and carrots to facilitate the cooking process and integrate them into the mixture.

Lavé los vegetales con agua y vinagre retiré las conchas semilas y corté en cubos, la papa y zanahoria las rallé para facilitar el proceso de cocción e integrar a la mezcla.

Then I added the potato and carrot to the ground lentils and kneaded until integrated.

Luego agregué a las lentejas molidas la papa, zanahoria y amasé hasta integrar.

Next I added the rest of the vegetables (chili, onion, chives and celery), mixed and added the crushed garlic, salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of garlic mix and mixed again

Seguidamente añadí el resto de vegetales (ají, cebolla, cebolín y celery), mezclé y agregué el ajo triturado, sal al gusto, 1 cuchara de ajo mix y mezclé nuevamente.

I rectified the salt and formed the croquettes by flattening small balls.

I took to the pan, in pre-heated oil and fried for 12 minutes over medium heat, turning at least twice, until browned on both sides, then remove and remove excess fat with absorbent paper.

Once the croquettes were cooked I served and we enjoyed some delicious family snacks; with the amount of ingredients used I got nine (9) croquettes.

Cocidas las croquetas serví y disfrtamos unos deliciosos snacks en familia; con la cantidad de ingredientes utilizados obtuve nueve (9) croquetas.
