Going for a Walk after a delicious Pizza!

After a visit to an Italian restaurant, I went for a walk to burn off some of the calories from the delicious pizza.

Running would have been more effective to achieve this goal, but I know from experience that it is not so good to run with a full stomach.




Nach einem Besuch in einem italienischen Restaurant ging ich noch spazieren um einen Teil der leckeren Pizza kalorienmäßig abzubauen.

Laufen wäre zwar effektiver gewesen um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, aber aus Erfahrung weiß ich, dass es nicht so gut ist mit vollem Magen zu laufen.
