Guten Abend :)
Nachdem gestern wirklich ein sehr langer Abend war und ich nur drei Stunden später schon wieder aufstehen musste, bin ich heute pünktlich. Die meisten Schritte stammen heute wieder von meinem Arbeitsweg. Gleich werde ich allerdings noch ins Fitnessstudio gehen, das heißt, da kommen noch welche hinzu! :D Trotzdem gebe ich meinen Report jetzt schon ab, sonst wird es mir alles zu spät. :P

After a really long evening yesterday, and having to get up just three hours later, I am on time today. Most of today's steps are again from my commute to work. However, I'm going to the gym soon, so there will be more steps added! :D Still, I'm submitting my report now, otherwise, it will all be too late. :P

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Ich habe heute ein sehr großes Defizit. Das liegt größtenteils daran, dass ich mich nach der Arbeit erstmal für drei Stunden schlafen gelegt habe. :D Zum Essen gab es einen Hummus-Avocado-Wrap zusammen mit einem Pulled Beef Hotdog. Es war super lecker! Das heutige Defizit wird das gestrige Plus hoffentlich ausgleichen. Gestern gab es im Restaurant etwa 10 Gänge (kleine Portionen), aber wirklich mit extrem viel Abwechslung.
What about the calories?
I have a very large deficit today. It's mostly because I took a three-hour nap after work. :D For food, I had a hummus avocado wrap along with a pulled beef hotdog. It was super delicious! Hopefully, today's deficit will offset yesterday's surplus. Yesterday, there were about 10 courses (small portions) at the restaurant, but with really a lot of variety.
