Hello!
I made this city with Mandelbulb 3D, then edited on photoshop.
I changed the color and light, added water and fog until I was enough satisfied.
This is a marvelous program. You can check one of my previous post if you like where I made (or found) some sort of a wondrous cave: Khazad-dûm.

Cambié el color y la luz, agregué agua y niebla hasta que estuve lo suficentemente satisfecho.

The city is almost finished, when adding a sky and volumetric lights.
La ciudad está casi terminada, cuando se agrega un cielo y luces volumétricas.
Here the city is redish with clouds at its base (it's a floating city) / Aquí la ciudad es rojiza con nubes en su base (es una ciudad flotante).
I change the color tone / Cambio el tono del color.
Another version of the city and now it's above water / Otra versión de la ciudad y ahora está encima del agua:
