Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. After a week of work I finally finished this canvas. As you can see, it is a symbolic abstract painting. I worked this canvas with anger and irrationality, in reference to the pandemic that is breaking all the canons and patterns established by humans over the centuries.

Virus is an ancient word that derives from Latin, it means poison, it is a cursed parasite that insinuates itself into cells. The virus probably was born with man, we do not know its exact origin because it does not leave fossils, but we know that it can infect any species of living being. I felt the need to represent it, the virus, as a researcher who to recognize it uses electron-dense tungsten dyes to better observe it in the background.

My solid metal dyes are less potent and I have no electron microscope to observe it, I only have my imagination mediated by anger.

The gif below represents the virus attack with the yellow color on the black marks, all this takes place against a background of life forms where the red color descends from above.

I know very well that it is not a beautiful painting, but I was only interested in expressing the concept of man's vulnerability.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Dopo una settimana di lavoro finalmente ho finito questa tela. Come vedete si tratta di un dipinto in stile astrattismo simbolico. Ho lavorato questa tela con rabbia e irrazionalità, in riferimento alla pandemia che sta rompendo tutti i canoni e gli schemi consolidati dagli umani nei secoli.

Virus è un parola antica che deriva dal Latino, significa veleno, esso è un maledetto parassita che si insinua nelle cellule.
Il virus, probabilmente è nato con l'uomo, non conosciamo con esattezza la sua origine perchè non lascia fossili, ma sappiamo che può infettare ogni specie di essere vivente. Ho sentito l'esigenza di rappresentarlo, lui, il virus, come un ricercatore che per riconoscerlo usa dei coloranti al tungsteno densi di elettroni per osservarlo meglio sullo sfondo.

I miei coloranti di metalli solidi sono meno potenti e non ho microscopio elettronico per osservarlo, ho soltanto la mia immaginazione mediata dalla rabbia.

La gif qui sotto rappresenta l'attacco del virus con il colore giallo sui segni neri, il tutto avviene su uno sfondo di forme di vita dove il colore rosso scende dall'alto.

So benissimo che non si tratta di un bel dipinto, ma mi interessava soltanto esprimere il concetto della vulnerabilità dell'uomo.
