The sea takes everything back - watercolor on paper

My post today is a watercolor presenting a possible scenario in the next few years. It all seems well established, rising seas due to melting glaciers are a reality. If we are not destroyed by a nuclear war we will have other problems to deal with. I depicted a cliff that as an element of nature takes back its space. A graveyard of boats and decaying ancient ruins are evidence of man's failures.

The leaden sky rebels against the arrogance of humanity.

Il mare si riprende tutto - acquarello su carta

Il mio post di oggi è un acquarello che presenta uno scenario possibile nei prossimi anni. Sembra tutto ben definito, l'innalzamento dei mari dovuto allo scioglimento dei ghiacciai è una realtà. Se non saremo distrutti da una guerra nucleare avremo altri problemi da fronteggiare.

Ho raffigurato una scogliera che come elemento della natura si riprende i suoi spazi. Un cimitero di barche e delle rovine antiche decadenti sono le testimonianze dei fallimenti dell'uomo.

Il cielo plumbeo si ribella alla prepotenza dell'umanità.
