- 1 Berenjena fresca / 1 Fresh eggplant.

-3 Dientes de ajo / 3 Garlic cloves.

Preparación / Preparation

Empezamos cortando la berenjena en rodajas finas y luego las sumergimos en un recipiente con agua y sal marina para quitar el posible amargor que trae la berenjena durante 30 minutos.

Luego procedemos a hacer nuestra mezcla batiendo un huevo junto con los dientes de ajo, adobo y curry al gusto y una pizca de sal marina.

Pasado el tiempo sacamos los slice de berenjenas del agua y las ponemos a escurrir para luego porceder a empanizarlas.

After the time we take the eggplants slices out of the water and put them to drain and then proceed to bread them.

Para empezar a empanizar primero sumergimos cada slice en la mezcla de huevo condimentado y luego la ponemos sobre el pan rallado para cubrirlas por completo, luego las colocamos sobre un plato para proceder a freirlas.

Para empezar a freir primero debemos precalentar una paila con aceite, y cuando esté bastante caliente ir colocando los slice uno por uno y dejar cocinar hasta dorar por ambos lados.

Una vez las retiramos de la paila primero se colocan en un plato con papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite, luego las retiramos y colocamos en un plato para luego servir. Este es el resultado final:

Bueno amigos y asi es como quedan las berenjenas empanizadas, debo decir que son realmente deliciosas y adictivas. De hecho mi mamá y yo a medida que vamos haciendo vamos comiendo también, quedan muy crujientes y a veces las acompañamos con ensalada de tomate y cebolla picada pero hoy decidimos degustarlas solas.
