There should be a Hive service where one can request downvoting of own posts to zero for deletion purposes 🤓

Perhaps there should be a Hive service where a user who wants their own post to be deleted can request their own post to be downvoted just enough to cancel out upvotes, since deleting own post (or comment) is impossible unless the post has zero (or negative) pending rewards. 🤔🤓
