En mi escrito de hoy quiero hablarles del buen comer, lo que significa para unos y otros. Soy paciente de síndrome del intestino irritable y por consecuencia son muchas las cosas que no debería comer. Para ella eso era su buen comer, cosa que para mí era inaceptable. Su comida parecía insípida, poca atractiva incluso para la vista. Todos en la mesa nos veíamos las caras, mientras ella se mostraba satisfecha con su comida. Pero nosotros comíamos espaguetis con bastante salsa, pollo, pescado, carne frita o guisadas, arepas, arroz y paren de contar. Ahora me resta sacar fuerza de voluntad y tratar de hacer mi mejor esfuerzo para comer más sano, para aliviar mis malestares y bajar unos cuantos kilos que tengo demás, que me molestan al momento de vestirme. Casi todo me queda apretado, soy de las que me gusta andar cómoda, sin nada que me apriete, pero cuando estoy gorda también es misión imposible lograr esto. Además, trato de disimular algo mi gordura y eso también me genera estrés, nada fácil por donde uno se meta. Aparte hay que lidiar con la imprudencia de las personas que le encantan restregarle a uno que está gorda. Mi cara se pone como luna llena, lo bueno es que aún debemos usar el tapabocas, me ayuda a disimular un poco mis cachetes. >I enjoyed this meal that day, I was able to see how healthy it is to eat this way, without fried food, without fat.
