Sometimes I have the feeling transaction history is somehow not accurate

Sometimes I have the feeling transaction history is somehow not accurate. I have little bit than more than 500 $INDEX and had around 100 of the always in orders. But somehow I have now a buy order over 130 $INDEX and > 600 on the balance.
