You focussed on the second question, and felt sad when reading (or perhaps when reflecting upon) it. I'm curious, did this feeling of sadness upset you?
I encourage you to answer the second question; "Is it that much important?"

- Yes, in my opinion it is extremely important. There are many reasons why, and perhaps @savvyplayer will list some of them.
- Yes, by the definition of the "criminals" who created the legal system which defines criminals, for sure i'm a criminal, and proud of it.
