Home Made Lasagna - First Try

IMG_20201016_211937__01.jpg

I haven't had lasagna for the last 20 years. So when I was in the store and saw that that there was a brand of noodles do not need to be boiled first, I bought some

I don't have an oven, so this one will have to be done in the microwave.

After stacking everything is seen below, it went into the microwave for 1 minute and then pause for 3 minutes.

The 3-minute pause gives the water time to cook the lasagna noodles.

From the top down these are what the layers look like this:
Paprika
Olives
Mozzarella
Sauce
--Lasagma--
Ricotta
Mushrooms
Ground beef
Sauce
--Lasagma--
Fresh spinach
Cheddar cheese
Onions
Garlic
Ground beef
Sauce
--Lasagma--
--tablespoon of water--

We continue to do one minute plus a longer pause each time for about 20 minutes. The dish stayed in the microwave the whole time, but the total cook time, that the microwave was on, was 6 minutes.

It was so delicious that when we finished eating it, we turned around and made another one with a completely different variety. We made it with sausage, exaggeratedly more spinach, and other ingredients that my son wanted to try.
