Good leadership is talking about a type of positive leadership, it has the ability to considerably improve the performance of employees, the well-being of each of them, increasing the overall benefits of the entire company.
In contrast, bad, negative or damaging leadership can create burnout syndrome or stress in each of the employees, it can generate low self-esteem or significant losses in the company.

Liderazgo bueno es hablar de un tipo de liderazgo positivo, éste tiene la capacidad de mejorar considerablemente el rendimiento de los empleados, el bienestar de cada uno de ellos aumentando los beneficios de manera global de toda la empresa.
