La mayoría fueron los pejerrey que predominaron esta pesca, dicho pescados para hacerlos al grille salen perfecto, acompañados con una ensalada Waldo mas todavía, jajajaj dicha ensalada se compone de:
Queso de maquina
Apio
Manzana verde
Nuez
Sal
Aceite de oliva
Crema de leche
Esta es la receta la comparto con ustedes pero en esta ocasión no la hice, por falta de recursos, como lo es la electricidad.
