Tribute, Music and Love

Today we had the opportunity to present the last concert of the season, of the capital's choral system. Where five groups participated, from the singing children of Venezuela, the innocent Carreño choir (made up of mothers, fathers and grandparents, and some friends of music), the Juan Bautista Plaza Regional choir (made up of young singers), the young Ángel sauce choir, and the national choirSimon Bolivar.

Since the beginning of this day, we have the presence of teacher María Contreras, from Dungeon, Guárico state. Who has been a flagship representative of the choral system in Venezuela, forming groups with drive, dedication and love for music. Always carrying the legacy of maestro José Antonio Abreu, this concert has been in celebration of her life and her dedication to the choral system, today we pay tribute and with great emotion we have been directed by her, at the end of the concert, in a work titled march of creation, as a songcommon to the five groups. And we also have an audience that was mostly participants from other groups, who to our surprise have joined in the common singing, from their seats.

Music allows us to connect, regardless of our ethnicity, race, age, gender, etc... And every day we learn to improve and build a country from this space, a safe space to feed the soul.
