Saludos querida comunidad espero que todos estén muy bien,nuevamente quiero presentar una receta super fácil que prepare y no contiene muchos ingredientes es un delicioso dulce muy típico de mi país este dulce se prepara de varias versiones ya que hay de distintos sabores en lo personal lo hice a mi manera con ingredientes que tenia en mi hogar,la preparación es fácil y en corto tiempo se realiza este dulce, se llama conserva de coco o (turrón de coco) para darle mas sabor a mi dulce le agregue otro ingrediente que fue la leche y me quedo muy rico con un sabor a dulce de leche pero con la textura rustica que me aporta el coco rallado hace que mi receta quede espectacular los invito a preparar este dulce tan delicioso y muy criollo como dicen en país verán que les va a encantar.

1 Coco grande. 1 vaso de leche liquida. 150gr de azúcar. vainilla, canela al gusto.

1 large coconut. 1 glass of liquid milk. 150gr sugar. vanilla, cinnamon to taste.

PASO 1.

.Para empezar a preparar mi receta tome el coco y lo pique y con un cuchillo le saque lo de adentro y luego lo lave muy bien y reserve, después pase a rallar todo el coco.

.En una olla agregue el vaso de leche, luego agregue canela y vainilla al gusto y comencé a remover.

.Luego le agregue los 150gr de azúcar a la mezcla y comencé remover nuevamente.

.En la mezcla de la leche cuando estaba hirviendo y comenzando a secar le agregue el coco rallado.

.Continué removiendo con una paleta constantemente el coco rallado con la mezcla de la leche, hasta que secara totalmente y no quedara nada e liquido.

.Luego de secar bien la mezcla apago,seguido paso a colocar pequeñas porciones con una cucharilla en una bandeja engrasada con un poquito de aceite y dejar enfriar por una hora para que se ponga mas duro.
