You're The Reason Our Kids Are Ugly.

Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship

I had that smile! The contentment that I planned on not doing something, and it was stamped, or so I thought? Lol, but reality came to bite me in the ass last week and this week, especially when God says, yes! It is time for me to do my work and you are going to love it! And did I? I was super excited because it was not expected. I never even knew something like that would occur, and I couldn't help the smile of contentment that graced my lips once more as I looked back at my foolishness.

There are times things won't go our way, and there's no need to feel sad about it. Instead, we ought to be happy and find that wealth ... the sweet gem that lays deep inside of us to make things work for us.

Loretta's music titled, "You are the reason our kids are ugly," speaks so much that it meets the eye. It speaks of contentment because, truly, we can't have it all in life. We will win some and lose some as well. It is how it is meant to be, and we can't change it. The only thing I believe we can do is to just smile and move on because life waits for no man. It has time in it and the more time spent on being depressed, the more time just keeps ticking away until there's no time left for you again(death) which Loretta calls, "Lay me down" because her time has struck.

I have learned to see the contentment in things that I have no control over. Last week and this week was drilling me financially that I kept taking out despite saying no! I don't want to. But God must have been laughing because the next thing I know, something huge that I can not just leave hanging just walks in graciously and leaves me panting hard. "Like...where the fuck did you come from?" I'd say with tiredness. Lol. But God always came through for me and I believe that He'll never give me responsibilities that will ruin me and everything I stand for.

This week alone, I have made tough decisions and have swallowed my spit a thousand times, keeping my mouth shut and hoping for the best because that's the only thing I can do. Hope for the best and keep moving on regardless because as Loretta music, "One's on the way" as said and the way I did view it is that, there'll be lots of struggles in life and that's a fact.

Since today is the weekend, I have brought in Loretta Lynn to accompany us in her musical world even when she's no longer to physically be our guide.

Now, let's get to know her.

Loretta Lynn.

Loretta Lynn was an American country music singer and songwriter. She's the rock star of country music, which will keep you up your feet.

She was born on April 14, 1932, in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky, U.S. and died in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee U.S on October 4, 2022, which makes her posthumus birthday tomorrow.

Now to the musical part.

Lay me down; Loretta Lynn.

The gentle breeze that landed nicely upon me listening to this. The death of an idol is painful. She's a sweet human with a beautiful voice.

Use the moment to swiftly move your body like the wind as you close your eyes and let the music lead.

One's on the way; Loretta Lynn.

The struggles never end, so don't let them pull you down. Just keep on moving and have fun while at it.

Tap your feet, and move your waist, wear a smile, and rock your body to the music.

You're the reason our kids are ugly;Loretta Lynn.

We can't always get what we want, and the more we understand that, the more the contentment sets in.
