Carmel Beach, Central Coast, California.

While holidaying in California, America, I visited many national parks, lakes, rivers, and beaches one of my favorite beaches that we visited twice with my cousin and sister-in-law was Carmel Beach on the central coast of California, this is one of the most stunning and most visited beach in California it has a very beautiful atmosphere the beach town itself very stunning reminded me of a coastline towns in Italy very scenic.

Both times we visited Carmel Beach we stayed in the same hotel the Lamp Lighter Inn the service was great the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was a prime location in the town center directly opposite the beach and there foods were just superb, they have lovely old style rooms but very clean, comfortable, and cozy.

This long wide stretch of white sand beach is also dog friendly and they have a long parallel scenic pathway running above Carmel beach you can follow this pathway around the coastline taking in the stunning breathtaking seascape views with nicely manicured gardens along the way. If your keen enough you can walk along the rocky jagged coastline observing all the beautiful rock formations listening to the sounds of the crashing waves.

Carmel beach was only a 2 hour drive from Danville town of California, a worthwhile beach to spend a weekend or a few days you will feel like your in the Bahamas with it's beautiful calm tranquil beach and if you fancy a game of golf you can always visit the neighboring beach Pebbles Beach Golf course enjoying a game of golf with the most stunning views of California coastline. Carmel Beach was one beach that I never wanted to leave just felt like home.
