This weeks topic "Our Daily Bread" rewards to follow 😁

Thanks for everyone's posts last week and now its time for another topic for the upcoming week.

This week it's all about your favorite bread!

Now, I mention bread because it is common in so many different cultures but takes many different forms!

In Canada we traditionally had bannock which is kind of like a baking powder biscuit.

In Germany there are a variety of heavy whole grain breads.

In France they are well known for their baguettes and many other breads.

In the Philippines they love their Pandesal.

Which brings me to this weeks topic!

Tell me about your favorite or most common type of bread.

Do dietary issues keep you from eating it?
Do you make your own?
Do you get it freshly baked from a bakery?
Do you get it day old to save money?

If you can't eat wheat do you use a gluten free bread?
Do you avoid bread and have a different favorite starch? Rice? Potato? Cassava? Are those turned into a type of bread?

The winning article should hopefully contain a picture, description and price. Bonus marks if you can show how you make it yourself.

Regardless, have fun and I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with this week.

Side note: If you leave a link to your article in the comments you are far more likely to be read by me and more likely to get rewarded. If you leave the article in the comments I'll see it but only half reward if you get chosen as winner.

No minimum word count but more weight to longer, more detailed responses.

Thank you everyone and

Have Fun!

Side note: This community isn't entirely food related even if it seems like it right now. Upcoming topics will include: Best cellphone/internet plan. Cost for a place to live. How do you get your electricity? Tell me about your commute/transportation.

Food just happens to be a fun place to start
