Hace dos años me encontraba fuera de mi país, a pesar de que estaba pasando un buen momento, siempre sentía mucha tristeza al recordar el pasado y todos aquellos momentos vividos en el país que me vio nacer; lo cual, demuestra que la felicidad no está en el dinero.
Two years ago, I was out of my country, and even though I was having a good time, I always felt a lot of sadness remembering the past and all those moments lived in the country where I was born, which shows that happiness is not in money.
Para ser felicidades debemos sentirnos contentos en diferentes aspectos, es decir, hay que estar cómodos con todo lo que nos rodea, desde las personas, las costumbres, la comida y principalmente estar cerca de las personas que amamos; lógicamente el dinero trae ciertas comodidades, pero tener la cuenta bancaria con muchos números, no lo es todo en la vida.
To be happy, we must feel content in different aspects; that is, we must be comfortable with everything that surrounds us, from people to customs to food, and mainly to be close to the people we love. Así que mi mente viajaba aquel lugar en el que fui feliz, por eso contantemente solía pensar que físicamente estaba en un lugar, pero mi corazón y mi mente se encontraban en mi país. El simple hecho de recordar la comida, los sitios por donde caminaba o lugares característicos de la ciudad me hacían pensar en lo importante que es tener estabilidad mental y emocional.
So my mind traveled to that place where I was happy. That's why I used to think that I was physically in a place, but my heart and mind were in my country. The simple fact of remembering the food, the places where I walked, or characteristic places of the city made me think about how important it is to have mental and emotional stability.
Hoy día me encuentro en mi país, y cada vez que puedo voy a caminar por las hermosas zonas de mi ciudad, uno de mis espacios favoritos es la catedral de la ciudad, aunque puede parecer algo común, esto me hace valorar con mucha fuerza todos lo que tenemos o logramos en la vida, desde la naturaleza de mi país, los animales, los sitios históricos y la familia.
Today I am in my country, and every time I can, I go to walk through the beautiful areas of my city. One of my favorite places is the cathedral of the city. Although it may seem like something common, this makes me value very strongly all that we have or achieve in life, from the nature of my country to animals, historical sites and family.
Además del aprendizaje o ganancias materiales o no materiales que Dios nos otorga en nuestra vida, por eso siempre doy gracias y aprecio cada pequeño detalle.
