Ver esa foto me trajo recuerdos de un viaje a puerto la cruz, no recuerdo cuantos años hace de eso pero si que fuimos al entierro de un tío de mi esposo, yo siempre veía aquí en margarita como proliferaba ese tipo de transporte y me causaba mucho miedo ver como las personas se montaban amontonados ahí sin ninguna clase de seguridad y muchas veces iban niños y eso me causaba más preocupación.
Siempre pense que nunca me montaría en uno de esos por que me causaba temor, pero las circunstancias de la vida obligan a uno a veces a adartarse a la situación, tuvimos que salir a hacer una diligencia al mercado de Puerto la Cruz y para ir nos fuimos caminando y era super lejos, de regreso llevabamos bolsas y era pleno mediodía, así no era factible regresar caminando y el transporte era escaso, paso un camión de platabanda sin barandas con unas cabuyas y muchas personas y ese era el único transporte que paso por ahí en todo el tiempo que estuvimos esperando, para mi siempre a sido difícil montarme en carros altos imaginarán ustedes como sufrí al montarme en ese camión pero no me quedaba de otra porque todos se iban a montar, les confieso que me causo mucho miedo por lo inseguro que se veia ese camión pero teníamos apuro por llegar porque ya se acercaba la hora del entierro.
Le dije a mi esposo por eso uno nunca debe decir de esta agua no bebere por que algún día te atacara la sed, aquí en Margarita nunca me monte y en tierra firme me toco, de verdad sentí mucha pena por todas esas personas que se arriesgaban día a día al montarse en ese tipo de transporte obligados por la necesidad ya que todos los días se escuchaba de algún accidente ocasionado por ir en esos medios de transporte tan inseguro

Seeing that picture brought back memories of a trip to Puerto La Cruz, I do not remember how many years ago that was but we went to the funeral of an uncle of my husband, I always saw here in Margarita how this type of transport proliferated and it caused me much fear to see how people were piled up there without any kind of security and many times there were children and that caused me more concern.
I always thought that I would never ride one of those because it caused me fear, but the circumstances of life force one sometimes to adapt to the situation, we had to go out to run an errand to the market of Puerto La Cruz and to go we walked and it was super far, back we carried bags and it was high noon, so it was not feasible to walk back and transportation was scarce, I confess that it caused me a lot of fear because of how unsafe that truck looked, but we were in a hurry to get there because it was getting close to the time of the funeral.
I told my husband that is why one should never say "I will not drink from this water because someday you will be attacked by thirst", here in Margarita I never rode and on the mainland I had to, I really felt very sorry for all those people who risked every day to ride on that type of transport forced by the need because every day we heard of an accident caused by going on those means of transport so unsafe.
