La imagen me recuerda mi infancia, cerca de mi casa,una señora muy creativa vendía deliciosos helados de colita con leche y muchos sabores, mi papá también solía hacer deliciosos helados, mis hermana y yo esperábamos ansiosas la hora del almuerzo par disfrutar nuestros helados cremosos.
Era un experto preparando jugo y combinando frutas, para ayudarnos a consumir lechoza (papaya) la mezclaba con frutas cítricas como naranja, limón y parchita (maracuyá), el resultado es excelente, actualmente le combino estas frutas a mi hijo y le gusta tomar su jugo de papaya con parchita (maracuyá), también le preparo helados de sus frutas favoritas y muy feliz se los come, definitivamente los helados son una delicia que nos refrescan y alimentan con los nutrientes y vitaminas de los vegetales.
