Ahí estoy acompañada de mi papá y mi hermana ,en un día de esos que por primera vez hice tamales sola mientras celebraba el cumpleaños de mi papá. Es la única foto que conservo de ese día, ya que con el cambio de teléfono perdí muchas fotos de mi galería.
El 6 de noviembre hace ya más de dos años, celebramos en casa el cumpleaños de mi papá, estaba muy contento de poder estar juntos a sus hijas y nos hicimos la foto. Luego llegaron más familiares y amigos, me tocó cocinar porque hace ya bastante tiempo vivo con mi papá y al ser la mujer de la casa me toca hacer todas las labores; pero para no dilatar mucho esto, te cuento que ese día decidí complacer a mi papá con una de sus comidas favoritas Los Tamales. Aunque mi hermana y otros familiares estaban acompañado me tocó hacer todo en la cocina jj.
Ese día hice tamales para todos siguiendo las indicaciones de mi mamá que es una excelente cocinera; y la verdad que para ser la primera vez los tamales me quedaron deliciosos y para acompañar también freí unas croquetas que llevó un familiar, y ahí fue donde vino el incidente, resulta que eran croquetas explosivas y ni contarte el reguero que se formó. Por suerte yo las heché a freir y me alejé del sarten, cuando sentí la explosión no sabía ni que hacer pero con la ayuda de todos pasé el susto y no tuvo mayores consecuencias, salvo el desorden en mi cocina. No tengo imágenes de ese momento y con el susto que pasé mejor ni recorcadarlo jajaja.
Apesar de eso pasamos un feliz día y al menos mi papá muy contento se pudo comer sus tamales en el día de su cumpleaños.
