Finally the big day came and everything went according to plan and it was even better. What started as a small meeting between @numa26, @janettyanez, @amandaj, and I materialized into a huge event full of attendees who share the same love for Hive as we do. True to the spirit of camaraderie that our beloved platform has, along the way we find a lot of help and people willing to collaborate so that everything turns out beautiful. Today it only remains to say thank you all for contributing from your place so that everything is a success and for happily concluding the first Hive Meet Up in Argentina 鉂わ笍.
Finalmente el gran d铆a lleg贸 y todo sali贸 de acuerdo a lo planeado y fue a煤n mejor. Lo que empez贸 como una peque帽a reuni贸n entre @numa26, @janettyanez, @amandaj y yo se materializ贸 en un gran evento lleno de asistentes que comparten el mismo amor que nosotras por Hive. Fiel al esp铆ritu de compa帽erismo que tiene nuestra querida plataforma, en el camino encontramos un mont贸n de ayuda y personas dispuestas a colaborar para que todo salga hermoso. Hoy solo queda decir gracias a todos por aportar desde su lugar para que todo sea un 茅xito y por concretar satisfactoriamente el primer Hive Meet Up en Argentina 鉂わ笍.
Our event was held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 in the Cowork Obelisco room, a few meters from the great emblem of the city of Buenos Aires. This location was unbeatable as it was known to all of us and was quite accessible. We had attendees from different parts of the country: some of them traveled hundreds of kilometers to be there with us, from provinces like Corrientes, C贸rdoba or even from inside Buenos Aires. If this isn't love and commitment to Hive, then I don't know what is 鉂ｏ笍.
Nuestro evento fue llevado a cabo el s谩bado 1 de Octubre de 2022 en el sal贸n Cowork Obelisco, a metros del gran emblema de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Esta ubicaci贸n fue inmmejorable ya que era conocida por todos nosotros y fue bastante accesible. Tuvimos asistentes de diferentes partes del pa铆s: algunos de ellos viajaron cientos de kil贸metros para estar ah铆 con nosotros, desde provincias como Corrientes, C贸rdoba o incluso desde el interior de Buenos Aires. Si esto no es amor y compromiso con Hive, entonces no s茅 lo que es 鉂ｏ笍.
Everything that was seen yesterday was planned with great care by the entire organizing team of the event made up of @numa26, @janettyanez, @amandaj, @dimascastillo90 and @pablo1601: the place, the decoration, the schedule of the event, the presentations, the gifts, event catering, raffles and broadcasts. Behind all that there were days of work and thinking about how to make everything look beautiful. The commitment that these people had with the event was really admirable and that was reflected in every detail 鉂わ笍.
Todo lo que se vio ayer fue planificado con mucho cari帽o por todo el equipo organizador del evento conformado por @numa26, @janettyanez, @amandaj, @dimascastillo90 y @pablo1601: el lugar, la decoraci贸n, el cronograma del evento, las ponencias, los regalos, el catering del evento, los sorteos y las transmisiones. Detr谩s de todo eso hubieron d铆as de trabajo y de pensar en como hacer que todo se vea hermoso. Realmente fue admirable el compromiso que tuvieron estas personas con el evento y eso se vi贸 reflejado en cada detalle 鉂わ笍.

The event began with the reception of the guests and some free time to get to know each other. It was great for us because for many it was the first time we had seen each other in person, and that jump from screen to real life is always exciting. The grand opening was given by @ numa26 with an emotional speech that almost made me cry lol. By the way, your beautiful words and I hope that everything turned out as you originally imagined 鉂わ笍.
El evento empez贸 con la recepeci贸n de los invitados y un poco de tiempo libre para conocernos entre todos. Fue genial para nosotros porque para muchos era la primera vez que nos ve铆amos en persona, y ese salto desde la pantalla a la vida real siempre es emocionante. La gran inaugaci贸n la di贸 @numa26 con un discurso emotivo que casi me hace llorar jajaja. Por cierto, tus palabras hermosas y espero que todo haya salido como te lo imaginaste en un principio 鉂わ笍.

Then we had the presentations of some users with a long history and knowledge of the platform, who shared their experiences and points of view with us. 6 speakers were planned, 3 of them face-to-face who were @jlufer (one of the first Argentines to join the blockchain), @hosgug and @pablo1601; and another 3 virtually: @fermionico, @eddiespino and @ilazramusic.
Luego tuvimos las presentaciones de unos usuarios con bastante trayectoria y conocimiento sobre la plataforma, quienes compartieron sus experiencias y puntos de vista con nosotros. Estaban planificados 6 oradores, 3 de ellos presenciales quienes fueron @jlufer (uno de los primeros argentinos en unirse a la blockchain), @hosgug y @pablo1601; y otros 3 de manera virtual: @fermionico, @eddiespino y @ilazramusic.

From their place, each one of them contributed their knowledge, gave advice and recommendations and suggestions for new users. Even I, after spending more than two years in Hive, learned some things from them: all of us who have been here for a long time know that Hive is a whole world and that there are many things to take into account, so many that it seems that you never finish to learn everything 馃槄.
Desde su lugar cada uno de ellos aport贸 su conocimiento, dieron consejos y recomendaciones y sugerencias para los nuevos usuarios. Incluso yo, despu茅s de estar m谩s de dos a帽os en Hive, aprend铆 algunas cosas con ellos: todos los que llevamos un tiempo largo aqu铆 sabemos que Hive es todo un mundo y que hay muchas cosas para tener en cuenta, tantas que parece que nunca terminas de aprender todo 馃槄.

After all the presentations, it was time for refreshments. I think we were all pretty hungry so we pretty much devoured everything: there were sweet and savory options to choose from, but I think we all ate everything. I think the best of all were the teque帽os, a stick of cheese wrapped in dough, a very common dish of Venezuelan cuisine. That was the good thing that our cultures have merged in this Meet Up 馃槂.
Luego de todas las presentaciones, lleg贸 la hora del refrigerio. Creo que todos est谩bamos bastante hambrientos as铆 que practicamente devoramos todo: hab铆a opci贸n dulce y salada para elegir, pero me parece que todos comimos de todo. Creo que lo mejor de todo fueron los teque帽os, un bast贸n de queso envuelto en una masa, un plato muy com煤n de la coina venezolana. Eso fue lo bueno de que nuestras culturas se hayan fusionado en este Meet Up 馃槂.
At the end of everything we did a raffle and several of the attendees had the opportunity to take home a prize. Among them were elements of technology such as microphone, tripod, headphones, etc. Then we got excited about the raffles and we already started raffling off the plants and all the decorations that were there. Of course we all wanted to win something, although we all went home with a Hive bag of cool merch 鉂ｏ笍.
Al final de todo hicimos un sorteo y varios de los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de llevarse un premio a casa. Entre ellos estaban elementos de tecnolog铆a como microfono, tripode, auriculares, etc. Luego nos emocionamos con los sorteos y ya empezamos a rifar las plantas y toda la decoraci贸n que hab铆a. Por supuesto todos quer铆amos ganar algo, aunque todos nos fuimos a casa con una bolsa de Hive con merchandising genial 鉂ｏ笍.
Personally, I was very happy to have the presence of my friends @youyowi, @nitsuga12 and @heypuch who have been on the platform for some time sharing the content they like. I am glad that they are also part of this and have the possibility to enjoy the benefits that we all know that Hive gives us. Thanks for coming!

The event ended with the great group photo where we could see all of us. I hope that this event is the first of many and that more and more people in Argentina feel love and commitment to our beloved network. We already said that the next meeting has to be in a different province: we'll see which one 馃槂.
