Land 1-3-2: The promising municipality

🤼 Overview, odds & stats

6-stars. The most common type of land. Generous of the game to make a common pull so useful! Your odds of pulling any 6-star are 35% or about 1 in 3. There are seven 6-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 21.

🤔 Interpretation

Look at those three beautiful Wealth stars. Max base Wealth—always puts a smile on my face! The Fan roll is a shame, but we do have 2-star Population. That's enough to really work with. You have very nice options here.

250 rich base Fans is a wonderful thing. Getting as many of them to every show is definitely something to focus on. With 3-star Wealth, you have tons of flexibility in how you want to achieve that because your building (upgrade) space is generous (exact figures are currently unknown).

I'd deprioritize Freelance Wrestler farming here (works best with high Fan rating), and do something like a 60:40 split on Fan growth to Wealth boost. I might start slow and see how the math maths before committing all my upgrades though.

🕹️ Strategies

1️⃣ Build up Fan population. This is the "60" of my ratio above. So much of the passive income game here revolves around getting the Fans to the shows. They spend so so so much more than People it's almost as if having a Person attend is pure block (e.g. rolling a crit fail). So anything we can do to make sure shows have as many fans as possible is good.

2️⃣ "Exclusive show" approach. The "40" of my ratio is in building up Wealth or Wealth related stats. With max base Wealth, these upgrades have an outsized impact. Even if it's improving the % of Wealth People spend, something like that could make those "crit fails" above less painful. As noted though, YRMW (your ratio may vary)—so keep an eye on the numbers and adjust as needed!

3️⃣ Trading. A 3-star Wealth on 6-star land is something I'd personally be looking to accumulate (assuming you have the $WOO to upgrade it). Because 6-stars are so common, I could see flippers or collectors discounting them heavily. Keep an eye out for deals, and if selling, try not to overlook the value of these common-but-powerful lands. Floor at time of writing is $37.50.

🏝️ Land characterization

This is a small city or a large town that has tapped into some kind of tech innovation niche. Young folks are flocking here, development is booming, and investment dollars are pouring in. The spike in population and wealth has outpaced the entertainment sector's ability to grow—most people are stuck with streaming services, restaurants or bars. The market for live performance is ripe, and that includes territory wrestling. 😉

WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
