Land 2-2-3: The prosperous municipality
🤼 Overview, odds & stats
A very healthy 7-star. These uncommon NFTs always have a 3-star to play with. Your odds of pulling any 7-star are 12% or about 1 in 8. There are six 7-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 48.

🤔 Interpretation
Enormous population, with great balanced stats in the other two measures. The 2-star Wealth does put a bit of a restriction around upgrade options, so there is some consideration to be had.
The thing that stands out to me: 5,000 Fans with a healthy bank balance. The large base population also means you should have no problem attracting big shows. So the regular debate may surface: boost Fan quality? Or pump up Wealth? Freelance wrestling farming could also work—just depends on if passive income potential from this NFT creates more value than the wrestlers.
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Boost Fan chance to attend. With a big population like this, you have a lot of People that might wander into your show and take up a seat that might otherwise go to a Fan. That's very bad for your passive income potential! Keep an eye on your venue size, and work to make sure Fans have better odds of getting to shows first.
2️⃣ Hammer up Wealth. Once you get into these big cities, the impact of Wealth starts to compound pretty seriously. I remain curious to know the impact of just going crazy with Wealth upgrades (focusing on ones that impact Fans first). Basically: boosting the baseline versus trying to get an RNG edge. Baselines are more reliable, ya know? 🤔
3️⃣ Trading. Floor at time of writing is $68. Somewhat expected of these rarer NFTS, roughly 3 to 4 times the cost of the pack they came out of. As supply increases, 7-stars (and above) will increase at a slower rate than their brethren. Something to keep in mind!
🏝️ Land characterization
This is probably either a capital city, or a region/state/province's biggest urban center. It's about average in terms of growth, population distribution, economics, etc. But she's big. Real big. The wrestling entertainment market is decent, and you can bet your competitors are here as well. Up to you to out market, outperform, and outwit them! (Or perhaps you can join them in allegiance? Decisions, decisions...)
WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
