Late, but just saw this contest from @phoenixwren about favourite pets. My pet here are cats. Most of them come, stay with us for few days, give us a good company and later leave, which is really painful for us.
The present one is a cute little one, always busy and making us busy too. Busy in the sense naughty. It likes to play a lot especially when any of us are around. Never stops or takes rest for a while. And the best part is, it needs our attention. The only time I see it silent is when we are asleep. It comes and sleeps near us to get our warmth.
A best companion for my son. It shows its excitement when he returns from college, by continuously rubbing itself on his legs or pants. It just lies down, infront of him, to get a pat. A little qhile after that its happy.
Usually cats eat fish. But here though it likes fish, its favourite are snacks. When it hears the cracking sound of covers, it runs inside from where ever it is, to have a crunch. So cute is my little cat that the sound of its munching is heard. Milk is also one of its favourite.
For past few days, it likes to climb over the kitchen table and sit. Its comfort zone is the kitchen window where it sits for hours watching the outside view. Not sure exactly but sometimes I keep an eye over it, as their are too many little birds in the front courtyard of my garden. Maybe it wants to grasp one. Once it tried but failed.
