VEGETABLE

Rainbow Chard is a colorful leafy vegetable.
It is an excellent source of potassium, calcium and MAGNESIUM. Those minerals help maintain healthy blood pressure. And when the sun shines through the leaves, it is rather photogenic!

VIEW

Here is a view of the Vast Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. They seem to go on forever!

VINES
