Yesterday my wife and myself were back at the supermarket doing our fruit and veggie shopping but also on the hunt for the @alphabethunt contest run by @barbara-orenya and this week begins the hunt for letter "M" so follow us down the aisles and see what we can find starting with the letter "M" honestly this reminds me of the little games we use to play as kids , i spy with my little eye i am sure we have all played this game at some stage of our childhood life anyway lets move on.
Let us begin with the Melon Family one we are all familiar with these sweet, edible, and fleshy fruits we have the Water melon , Rock melon and Honeydew melon all rich in nutrients and antioxidants and all these melons help maintain healthy eye function.

Did you know that the Water Melon is also rich in L-citrulline it's a chemical called Amino acid which helps improve blood flow like Viagra increasing the blood flow to the sexual organs , i need to start eating more water melons 😂
Next we have that little juicy Mandarins just a sweet convenient fruit without getting all messed up eating this fruit it's very rich in Vitamins A, B, and a high level of Vitamin C , with there high levels of nutrients and vitamins these little orange fruits help preventing many diseases such as cancer , cholesterol and many more they also help in preventing colds and with this Mandarin been also rich in vitamin E and B12 these vitamins assist in hair growth to be able to have a nice healthy, shiny and strong head of hair 😊

The herb Mint , Mint leaf is not only used in many of our recipes for flavor , it also has many health benefits in aiding with cleaning up congestion of throat , nose and lungs improves oral health and many more benefits now a days we find mint everywhere in our toothpaste , chewing gum , foods , tea and many other places , Mint certainly gets around.

Marjoram a herb also known as sweet marjoram is amongst the Mint Family it has the flavor similar to the Oregano herb mainly used in meat dishes , soups and to garnish salads it does have a milder flavor to Oregano.

Mexican Mangoes also know as the Ataulfo mango originated from Mexico it has more of a golden reddish skin high in nutrients and vitamins goes great in smoothies and makes a great dessert with ice-cream and nuts or mixed in fruit salads.

The Mangosteen fruit another fruit high in nutrients , vitamins and rich with antioxidants this little yummy sweet fruit helps in regulating blood pressure , it helps with anti inflammatory problems great in maintaining healthy skin and many more. Goes well with smoothies or tropical fruit salads giving it a delicious boost of flavor.
