Esto se logra apretándolos fuertemente con ambas manos y exprimiéndolos cuidadosamente utilizando con ambas manos cuidando de no romperlos. Este jugo se debe reservar ya que será utilizado, además de los ingredientes antes mencionados, para la preparación de esta receta de marañones en almíbar. NOTA: si notas que el jugo de los marañones es muy poco, puedes agregar un poco de agua hasta completar la cantidad de 260 g.
