Los roques es una joya en el caribe con hermosas playas, bellos paisajes marinos para el buceo, etc.

Para llegar allí es muy difícil, se llega en avioneta o en un peñero, pero vale la pena para disfrutar ese bello paraíso.

Uno de los platos mas solicitados en restaurantes elegantes es la langosta y en los roques hay abundancia de este animal; pero hay un lado oscuro de la preparación de este plato que muy pocos conocen. La langosta para prepararla y que su carne no se envenena se debe preparar viva, si así como escuchan, viva y este pobre animal grita cuando lo echan a la olla hirviendo, como lo se, por que mi papa trabajo en el restaurant BOGABANTE, que era especialista en LANGOSTA, por lo que conocio como es la preparación del plato.

Así que al saber esta horrible realidad y como se somete a una horrible muerte al animal que es lenta y dolorosa ya no se ve de igual manera el plato.
