The book is about the life story of a shepherd.
Whose name is Santiago, lives in Andalusia, Spain. Santiago has chosen the life of a shepherd after studying because he likes to travel. He continues on his way with a flock of sheep. He started his life by selling sheep’s wool. Suddenly one day, he dreams that there is a treasure near the pyramids of Egypt. He goes to a village to sell fleece and likes a merchant’s daughter. She is stunning. He again set out for the town with a flock of sheep to sell the wool.

He enlisted the help of a gypsy woman to find out the meaning of his dream. The woman advised him to go to Egypt and demanded one-tenth of his treasure. He then talks to an old man who introduces himself as the king of Salem. He advised Santiago in a variety of ways and said he would encounter many dangers along the way. Don’t give up. Eventually, Santiago decided to sell the flock of sheep and move on to the pyramids.

Going there, he fell into the hands of a broker and lost all his money. He broke down temporarily. But he recalls the wise man who told him that you must face many dangers on the way. And he turned around again and took a job at a crystal merchant shop on the hilltop.

Diligent, patient, and courageous, Santiago also excelled there with his intelligence and wisdom. But he never forgot about his dreams; he didnt forget about the purpose of his journey. He could have stayed there, but he left everything and started walking towards the Egyptian pyramids for the treasures of his dreams.

On the way to the pyramid, Santiago meets Fatima. They both fell in love with each other. Santiago loves the girl very much; if you read the book, you will understand what their love was like.

I have never actually read such a book. I don’t have a habit of reading books like this, That’s why I started reading this book. Then I have some difficulty.

I had trouble understanding the meaning of the words. So I have spent more time on each line so that I could fully understand that line. The beginning of my story seemed a little random. I know when I slowly begin to enter the foundation. I like several lines of the story a lot more. Towards the end, there was a line, decades later, a book was written that was enough to change the reader’s life. Alchemist is such a book.

The book is not only inspiring, but it is an impeccable philosophical book. The book says about the purpose of life that everything in the world has a sense.
One of the purposes of Santiago’s life was to explore the world. His journey was for the purpose of the treasure which is next to the pyramids of Egypt.
