La auyama es un alimento muy versátil, porque se puede prepara de muchas formas, tanto en platos dulces como salados; debo admitir que no es mi favorita, sin embargo la consumo en cremas, en sopas, en tortas, y, hoy quise experimentar una #receta en un rico batido, que debo decirles quedo muy delicioso!
Tenia un trozo en casa de unos 200gr, leche liquida, asi, que, me dispuse a probar esta bebida, veamos la preparación:

I had a piece at home of about 200gr, liquid milk, so, I set out to try this drink, let's see the preparation:
Para 2 vasos:
200gr de auyama
350ml de leche liquida
azúcar al gusto
canela en polvo
vainilla c/n.
For 2 glasses:
200gr of pumpkin
350ml of liquid milk
sugar to taste
cinnamon powder
vanilla c/n.
Lo primero es pelar la auyama, cortarla en trozos,y llevarla a cocinar hasta que ablande.
Retirar del fuego, y dejar reposar hasta que enfríe.
First of all, peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and cook it until it softens.
Remove from the fire and let it rest until it cools down.
Llevar a la licuadora la auyama cocida, la leche y la vainilla, licuar fuerte, y, agregar el azúcar, seguir licuando un minuto.
Take the cooked pumpkin, milk and vanilla to the blender, blend hard and add the sugar, continue blending for a minute.
Servir, añadir canela en polvo, y disfrutar!
Serve, add cinnamon powder and enjoy!
