Para hoy les presentaré una receta muy especial, se trata de un maravilloso coctel de hierba buena, esta bebida la preparo para compartir con amigos en un día muy especial, esta vez nos encontrábamos recibiendo a un prima que hacía mucho tiempo no veíamos y que aprovechamos para recordar viejos momentos y por supuesto no podía dejar de prepararle una exótica bebida para amenizar e inmortalizar el momento, fue una visita muy agradable y bastante emotiva, también les cuento que aproveché igualmente para tomar unas lindas hojitas de mi matita de hierba buena que tengo en mi depar y la cual cultivo con mucho amor, es una fiel acompañante jeje, bueno ahora sin más vamos a ver los ingredientes y el paso a paso para la preparación de nuestra bebida de hoy.
Para ello necesitaremos los siguientes:
• 1 limón
• 2 cucharadas del licor de tu preferencia
• Hojas de hierba buena
• Trocitos de hielo
Vamos al paso a paso:
Lo primero que haré es cortar algunas ramitas de hierba buena, con la fortuna que tengo mis matitas hermosas las cuales cultivo en casa y me son muy útiles.
Ahora vamos a cortar unas 2 rodajas de limón y las pondremos el final de nuestro vaso, también agregaremos unas 10 hojitas de hierba buena y con la ayuda de una cuchara o cualquier otro instrumento maceramos un poco el limón y las hojas, luego le agregaremos el licor, el hielo, 1/3 de taza de agua y si es su gusto puede agregar azúcar, esta última es totalmente opcional.
Y es así, de una manera sencilla y rápida como preparamos esta bebida, especial para pasar un rato ameno entre amigos y familiares, recordando viejas vivencias, así que si tienes pensado encontrarte con algún viejo amigo o amiga, algún familiar lejano, esta bebida es ideal para inmortalizar ese momento.
