Hola a todos los que hacen vida en esta hermosa comunidad, deseando que se encuentren bien, hace muchos años empecé a padecer de problemas de salud y empecé a hincharme, mi abdomen parecía de mujer embarazada, el dolor de mis pies era horrible, no podía caminar y de la noche a la mañana mi peso triplicó, yo estaba muy asustada y cada vez que me veían me decían mili estas super gorda, siempre he sido de contextura delgada desde niña, mi comadre me veía y me decía coma tu no estas gorda, tu estas hinchada y efectivamente era así, ella me dice calma qué te tengo la solución, te iras al supermercado y compraras, pepino, perejil, limón y miel al gusto.
Desde muy niña mis padres me enseñaron ha disfrutar cada bebida e infusión qué nos preparaban y por tal motivo soy amante a una buena bebida, en las comidas nunca nos falla y una rica infusión antes de dormir tampoco, mis amigo como les contaba anteriormente mi comadre me dijo te harás una bebida verde, la cual te ayudará a salir de ese problema de salud, porque los jugos verdes te ayudan a desintoxicar tu organismo, te incorpora nutrientes, te ayuda con la salud de tu intestino e iras con mayor facilidad al baño y yo sufria del Colóm para ese entonces, te limpiará tu sangre y de paso evitará muchas enfermedades y sin olvidar que es excelente diurético por eso te ayuda a bajar rápido de peso, pues mis amigos me fui al super y compre lo que me indicó y desde ese entonces se volvió mi bebida favorita por todo lo que aporta a mi organismo.
Por eso hoy quise compartirle mi bebida favorita qué le ayudara en su salud.
Los ingredientes utilizados fueron
1 pepino
10 limones
1mazo de perejil
Agua fría
Y miel al gusto
Elaboración
Procedí a elaborar mi bebida verde lavando todos mis ingredientes, le quité dos laditos de la concha del pepino, pique los limones por la mitad.
Luego fui trozeando el pepino mientras ya tenía lavado el mazo de perejil y los limones lavados y cortados.
Tomé el mazo de perejil y lo fui picando completamente
Fui incorporando el pepino
Seguidamente el perejil
Se agregó el agua y empezamos a licuar
Empezamos a licuar
Luego de unos minutos agregué miel al gusto y seguí licuando
Mientras exprimida los limones aparte, ya listo el jugo del limón lo incorpore a la licuadora y le di unos segundos más y listo
Procedí a colar todo lo licuado y procedí a servir mi bebida verde
