Hello #drinkslover let's participate in amazing drinks community contest. But where thirst is quenched we feel peace. Also, on the occasion of March 22nd Water Day, I have brought you a new look today. Which is five ingredients to make an awesome smoothie drink meal. We have come to know that water is the source of life for all of us without water nothing in the world can survive. So in my opinion we all have a very important role to play in preventing water wastage. As we human beings do not have the ability to create a single drop of water. Then I got into the race to save that one drop of water.
Here today we will make two glasses of juice that will help quench our thirst at Iftar. Beetroot in particular has been shown to reduce the risk of eye problems. Dilates blood vessels and reduces anemia which is very beneficial for the human body. Sobri Banana generally increases the digestive power and nutritional quality in the human body many times, starting from increasing calcium. Eating vegetables and bananas every day is very good for health. Dhu has a lot of calcium along with B vitamins, potassium and magnesium. Increases immunity, controls weight and maintains healthy body composition. You can usually eat dates in winter. However, it is better to eat jaggery or sweets less during hot season. After all, jaggery clears the airways of the human body, which I have seen real evidence. Ice cream contains various vitamins A B complex with phosphorus

Equipment:-

  • Beetroot 150 gram
  • sobri Banana 1 pcs
  • Original Date Jaggery 180 gram
  • Vanilla ice cream 100 gram(Normal)
  • Pure cow's milk curd 100 gram

Step by step making plan

First we peel the banana with the necessary tools and put it in the jug of the blender. Next we displayed a selfie with that banana.

Then we added 150 grams of water. I put the lid on the blender.Took a selfie with the last jog.

Then we put the blender jug ​​in the blender.

Then we blended it well after blinding and opened the lid to see if the blend was done properly. So we are blended. Now we will pour it into the class and serve two people.

Today's drinking juice is organized on the occasion of Drink Day. Which always gives me the comfort of quenching my thirst. The combination of banana and yogurt gives me thirst quenching and peace. After fasting the whole day with water and juice after quench thirst. I feel healthy and peaceful. I didn't have any problem after consuming this juice. Got bad feeling and peace.
