We are going to work with the strawberry, we take a slice from the middle and it will be heart-shaped, with the rest of the strawberry we cut it into smaller slices to add it to the glass.
Finally, we make a cut in the middle of the peach, remove the seed and then make a half-moon cut.
Now we start making the cocktails starting with the TRADITIONAL MIMOSA which is equal proportions of orange juice and sparkling wine in the glass.
Let's make the MIMOSA RED, just add 20 ml. from grenadine to traditional mimosa.
Now the MIMOSA Green is prepared by adding 20ml to the traditional one. blue curacao
To finish we make the BELLINI, we replace the orange juice with peach juice, maintaining the same quantities of the traditional one.
